How My Journey Began
Hey! My name is Ashli, I’m 26 years old and I am the founder of “Healthy and Whole His Way.” I’m devoted to partnering with you as you continue to journey to a better, stronger version of you. Here you can expect to receive targeted, solution-focused health and wellness coaching from a natural and biblical perspective. This is not about diet, but creating and exercising sustainable lifestyle changes. Have you gotten excited about diets or weight training programs only to quit and feel discouraged ? I’ve been there and I know it’s hard to get back up when you feel like you’ve lost confidence and direction. On top of that, we have busy lives and who has time to start over again? I wear many hats as sister, daughter, auntie, friend, volunteer, full-time employee and much more, but here, I am your personal advocate. I take my experience (the good, the bad and the ugly) and evolving knowledge of health practices to develop a long-term plan at sustaining your health. I am your first step to improving your health mentally, physically and spiritually. I obtained a Masters Degree in Human Services Counseling and have professional experience with motivational coaching and utilizing principles of psychology and behavior modification. These opportunities have deepened my understanding of the connection of the mind, will and emotions. Over the past 7 years, I’ve personally engaged in intense therapy to address extensive trauma and unhealthy mindsets. Also, I’ve worked nutritionists and dietitians, tried several gyms and diet regimens and modified my diet to meet my needs. To say the least, I’ve experienced lots of trial and error to get to where I am today. Above all, I have strengthened my relationship with Christ who teaches me daily what it means to be “healthy and whole His way” everyday. Together we will target and achieve realistic goals that will leave an imprint on your day- to-day wellness. Here you can expect to receive knowledge, resources, accountability, encouragement and a trusted partner who wants to see you succeed!

No discipline seems pleasant at the time, but painful. Later on, however, it produces a harvest of righteousness and peace for those who have been trained by it.
