Meal Plan 7.21.2024

Here is this week’s meal plan. Please note that this is personalized to my macro intake and energy output. I’ll be engaging in moderate to high intensity interval training this week. If you would like additional information on how to create a meal plan just for you, book a consultation with me.

Breakfast: Breakfast Quesadilla — tortilla, egg whites, spinach, mozarrella, sundried tomato, basil, mushrooms; Berries

(*I’m still exploring clean tortilla brands so for now, I will purchase regular flour tortillas. I love Siete products, but when heated, their tortillas fall apart)

Lunch: Ground Turkey Burgers - Turkey Burger, red pepper hummus, kale, spinach, tomato, red onion, and Peperoncini; Zucchini Sticks; Watermelon

Snack: 2 Slices of Toast topped with Sunflower Butter

Dinner: Moroccan Chicken Kabobs — chicken, peppers, onions; Saffron Rice, Green Beans

Grocery List

Shelf Items: Dave’s Killer Buns, Sundried tomatoes, Saffron Rice, Tortillas

Produce: Apples, Kale, Zucchini, Tomato, Red Pepper Hummus, Spinach, mozarrella, basil, mushrooms, green beans, berries, peppers

Frozen: N/A

Meat/Dairy: Ground Turkey Burgers, Chicken Tenderloins, Greek Yogurt, Mozzarella

*If you notice that some of the meal ingredients are not listed above, that is because I use groceries from the previous week or what’s leftover in my freezer to create new meals. It’s the best way to eat clean on while sticking to a budget :)
